Puy du Fou, known worldwide, is a must-see for anyone visiting the Vendée. It features a wide variety of shows depicting historical tales such as Viking battles, the legend of King Arthur, Roman games, and the famous Cinéscénie, which gathers around 20,000 spectators each evening.

Museums in Les Sables

You can also visit the Shell Museum, which will amaze you with its collection of shells of all kinds. Les Sables d'Olonne also has a WWII blockhouse transformed into a museum, and the Sainte-Croix Abbey Museum, known for its contemporary art exhibitions.
